Which file formats and sizes does online Excel translation support?
Online spreadsheet translation currently supports .xlsx files up to 20 MB each. Save older .xls files as .xlsx in Excel or WPS first. For .docx files, use Online Word document translation 。
Can translation damage formulas or numbers?
No. Translation works cell by cell without translating formulas. Numeric, date and symbol-only cells are skipped; only text is translated. Still check important cells in a copy afterward.

When should I use the Excel add-in instead of the web app?
For very large workbooks, glossaries, selection translation or writing directly into the original file, use the Windows Excel translation add-in .
