Frequently asked questions

How are credits used?

Credits are charged according to the amount of AI processing for each translation. Longer source text and more generated content use more credits. Credits are deducted after translation. Rules may change as the service evolves; check the credit balance in your account.

What can increase credit usage?

Enabled glossary entries and custom prompts are sent to the model along with the text. More content can increase the credits used per request. Whole-document translation, selection translation, AI Chat and AI Assistant are charged according to actual processing.

Which payment methods are supported?

WeChat Pay (Native QR code) is currently supported. In the Account page of the Word sidebar, choose a plan and scan the QR code that appears to complete payment. Credits are added to your balance automatically once payment succeeds; no need to sign in again.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes. For paid plan orders, you can request a VAT general (electronic) invoice from the Account page in the Word / Excel / WPS sidebar, issued to an individual or a company title; company invoices require a tax ID. Select the orders and submit; after processing, the electronic invoice is sent to the email you provide. Only general invoices are issued for now; VAT special invoices are not supported.
