Multi-condition summary

Summarize sales or order counts by region, category, month and other conditions—no need to build SUMIFS / COUNTIFS criteria manually.

“Q2 sales by category in East China” or “number of payments from a customer this year”—describe the criteria and the assistant writes and verifies the formula.

Conditional value selection

Calculate commissions when targets are met, penalties when payments are overdue, or tiers from scores—describe IF / IFS nested logic in everyday language.

For complex rules such as performance tiers, inventory alerts or aging buckets, explain them step by step and iteratively refine the formula.

Date and payment-term calculations

Calculate due dates, working-day intervals or aging days—EDATE, DATEDIF, NETWORKDAYS and similar functions are written directly into the sheet.

Contract renewal reminders, invoice terms or project timelines—describe the start and end columns and the rules, and the assistant writes them to the target column.

Will the generated formula change my spreadsheet directly?

Yes. The assistant writes formulas to the columns and ranges you specify. Complex rules support step-by-step checking and targeted corrections, but back up your workbook before making changes to avoid accidentally modifying important data.

Which functions are supported?

Common lookup and reference functions (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH), conditional summaries (SUMIFS / COUNTIFS), text, date and other functions can all be generated. For complex cases, break down the request in the conversation and generate the formula step by step.

Does it support WPS Spreadsheets?

Yes. The same Windows installer supports Microsoft Excel 2016+ and WPS Spreadsheets 2023+ on Windows 10/11.

What if a formula is wrong?

Point out the incorrect row or column in the sidebar conversation and the assistant will make a targeted correction. You can also edit the formula manually and ask the assistant to verify the result again.

What if the formula is too complex?

Switch to Coding Agent in the sidebar to call a local Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode instance and visually operate the current workbook. This is suited to multi-step cleaning, bulk formatting, cross-sheet restructuring and other tasks that are hard to express in one formula.
